Tyrique Glasgow was only 8 when he heard his grandmother’s scream after learning someone had murdered her son. Shootings then took his cousins, his friends. At 15, he started selling drugs, which landed him in prison. There, Tyrique had a change of heart.

Now, he’s helping his community’s youth find the same change.
